No. We work on single bespoke commissions as well as batch production orders. Whether you need one piece or fifty, we can accommodate you.
Absolutely. We can work with client-supplied materials. We can also source stones and metals on your behalf if preferred — just let us know your specifications.
All trade relationships are completely confidential. We do not disclose the identity of trade clients, discuss their commissions, or make any reference to work completed on their behalf. You have our full discretion.
This varies by job complexity. Simple repairs and resizes are often completed within 24–48 hours. Casting and bespoke manufacturing typically takes 1–2 weeks. CAD and complex multi-stone pieces may take longer. We will always agree a timeline upfront.
Yes. If you or your client have an idea or reference image, our team can produce CAD designs and a wax or resin model for approval before casting.
